How to maximise the price we can pay for your car
Maximise your offer by telling us about accessories, log books or service receipts, spare keys and optional extras.
Locating your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
Once an offer is agreed in principal and prior to inspection, your buyer will request the vehicle identification number.
This is a unique 17 character serial number located on your registration certificate, compliance plates and books.
Finance payouts
The first step is to request a current payout letter from your financier detailing the loan balance and payment information. Please make sure the validity date of the payout letter is a few days after the date you intend to sell.
Providing the loan balance is less than your offer, we will arrange to pay the amount owing and give you the remainder via bank transfer.
If the amount is owing is greater, you will need to have the gap in available funds at the point of sale.
